Janesville, WI Fire Station Central -- A Glimpse In Time
The Janesville Fire Department has set up a camera on their roof that will capture a picture every three minutes during the entire construction project from start to finish. You will have the opportunity to see homes in the project area being moved or demolished and the step-by-step process of construction throughout their video postings. Some of the new fire station futures will be a central command office, firefighters' quarters, equipment maintenance areas, and an eight-bay garage. The projected finish of the outside building structure is November, 2015 in which the interior work will then begin. Full completion of the project is projected to be in the summer of 2016.
